Concierge charging is scheduled, non-emergency service
Vehicle remains parked during charging
Service is available within our standard service area (15 mile radius) ; mileage fees may apply outside this range. Vehicle can not be under 10% for this service to apply.
Charging range varies by vehicle make, model, and battery condition
For vehicles that are stranded, unsafe to remain parked, or require immediate response, our Emergency EV Charging service applies.
