• Vehicle needs to be above 10% for this service to apply.

• Concierge charging is scheduled, non-emergency service

• Vehicle remains parked during charging

• Service is available within our standard service area (15 mile radius) ; mileage fees may apply outside this range.

• Charging range varies by vehicle make, model, and battery condition

For vehicles that are stranded, unsafe to remain parked, or require immediate response, our Emergency EV Charging service applies.
